MILLIONTH PACK WINNER PROMOTION
OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting your information, uploading proof of pack opening, and clicking SUBMIT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

The Millionth Pack Winner Promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Sirius A Dice LLC ("Sirius" or "Sponsor"). . One specially marked product pack (the "Millionth Pack") has been randomly inserted into the distribution of D&D Undermountain Treasure Packs (“Packs,” or individually a “Pack”). The individual who purchases and opens the Millionth Pack and successfully completes the redemption process as outlined herein will be eligible to receive the Grand Prize (defined below).

2. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Grand Prize, you must meet ALL the following requirements:

Be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of pack opening;
Be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
Have opened the Millionth Pack, whether purchased or obtained through an Alternate Means of Entry (“AMOE”);
Not be an employee, officer, director, or agent of Sirius, Hasbro, nor an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or member of the household of any such person;
Not have obtained the Millionth Pack through fraudulent means, theft, or any other improper method;
Successfully complete the redemption process within the required timeframe; and
Execute and return all required documentation, including but not limited to the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, and any other forms requested by Sponsor.

Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. REDEMPTION PROCESS AND DEADLINES

3.1 Redemption Website

To redeem the Millionth Pack, you must scan the QR code found inside the pack, which will direct you to a unique redemption page (the "Redemption Site"), and complete all required steps. The Redemption Site is only accessible via the QR code contained in the Millionth Pack and is not publicly available.

3.2 Required Submissions

You must submit the following through the Redemption Site:

Your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and mailing address;
Selection of your preferred participating retail store location for the Prize Reveal Event (as defined below);
A representative will reach out to confirm your eligibility. You will need to be prepared to provide the following through the means requested by the representative:
Clear photo of all contents of the packs showing: (i) the dice set, (ii) the coin, (iii) the dice bag, (iv) the redemption card with QR code;
Clear photo of yourself with the redemption card with QR code held up to your face
and
Affirmative acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3.3 Redemption Deadline

All redemption submissions must be completed by August 31, 2026 (the "Redemption Deadline"). Submissions received after the Redemption Deadline will be disqualified, and the Grand Prize may be forfeited.

4. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. You may enter without purchase by following the Alternative Method of Entry described below.

4.1 AMOE Procedure

To enter without purchase, you must visit the Treasure Pack NPN website at https://siriusdice.com/pages/treasure-npn-program and complete all required steps.

4.2 AMOE Deadline and Limitations

All AMOE entries must be entered by February 14th, 2026. Limitations are as described at https://siriusdice.com/pages/treasure-npn-program.

5. WINNER VERIFICATION

Upon receipt of your redemption submission or AMOE entry, Sponsor will conduct a verification process, which includes but is not limited to:

Reviewing the uploaded visual proof to confirm authenticity of the pack contents;
Verifying eligibility criteria, including age, residency, and non-affiliation with Sponsor, Hasbro, or retail partners; and
Conducting any additional investigation deemed necessary to prevent fraud.

Sponsor reserves the right to request additional documentation or evidence at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification. Sponsor's determination of winner eligibility is final and binding in all respects.

6. GRAND PRIZE

6.1 Prize Description

The verified Millionth Pack winner will receive the Grand Prize (the "Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize will be revealed at a special Prize Reveal Event held at the winner's selected participating retail store location.

6.2 Prize Conditions

The Grand Prize is:

Non-transferable and may not be assigned, exchanged, or substituted by winner;
Not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent;
Awarded on an "as-is" basis with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
Subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by any third-party prize providers;
Subject to availability, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason; and
Must be claimed in person at the Prize Reveal Event by the Millionth Pack winner. Failure to attend the Prize Reveal Event may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize.

6.3 Taxes and Fees

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or other appropriate tax form if required by law.

7. PRIZE REVEAL EVENT

The verified Millionth Pack winner must participate in a Prize Reveal Event (the "Event") to be held at the winner's selected participating retail store location. The Event will be coordinated by Sponsor in collaboration with the selected retail partner and will include unveiling of the Grand Prize contents. Participation in the Event is a mandatory condition of receiving the Grand Prize for the Millionth Pack winner.

7.1 Event Participation Requirements

As a condition of prize acceptance, winner agrees to:

Attend the Event in person at the date, time, and location specified by Sponsor;
Participate in the opening and reveal of the Grand Prize during the Event;
Cooperate with Sponsor's representatives, media personnel, and retail store staff during the Event;
Conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner throughout the Event; and
Comply with all venue rules and regulations.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Event format, date, time, or location if necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate winner's schedule, but winner understands that failure to attend the Event on the scheduled date may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize.

8. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

As a condition of receiving the Grand Prize, the verified winner must execute and return to Sponsor, within seven (7) calendar days of request, the following documents (collectively, the "Prize Documents"):

8.1 Affidavit of Eligibility and Prize Claim Form

A affidavit confirming: (i) winner's legal name, age, and U.S. residency; (ii) opened a Pack obtained through purchase OR AMOE; (iii) that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete; and (iv) winner's claim to the prize.

8.2 Liability Release

A comprehensive liability release and waiver releasing Sponsor, Hasbro, participating retail partners, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, expenses, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to:

Participation in the Promotion;
Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Grand Prize;
Attendance at or participation in the Prize Reveal Event;
Any injury, death, damage, or loss to person or property;
Any technical errors, malfunctions, or inaccuracies related to the Redemption Site or verification process; and
Any printing, production, or distribution errors related to the Millionth Pack or redemption materials.

8.3 Publicity Release

A publicity rights release granting Sponsor, Hasbro, and participating retail partners the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from winner's name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, city and state of residence, photographs, videos, and any other materials submitted or captured during the redemption process or Prize Reveal Event, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, for advertising, promotional, publicity, trade, and any other lawful purposes, without further compensation, notification, or approval. This includes, but is not limited to:

Use of winner's name, image, and likeness in press releases, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials;
Video and audio recording of the pack opening, redemption process, and Prize Reveal Event;
Use of any photos, videos, or other content submitted by winner during the redemption process; and
Creation and distribution of promotional materials featuring winner's participation in the Promotion.
Winner acknowledges that Sponsor and its partners will engage media representatives and may livestream or broadcast the Prize Reveal Event.

8.4 Additional Documentation

Sponsor reserves the right to require additional documentation, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency, tax forms, and any other documents deemed necessary by Sponsor or required by applicable law.

8.5 Failure to Execute Documentation

Failure to execute and return all Prize Documents within seven (7) calendar days of Sponsor's request, or failure to comply with any other requirement set forth in these Terms, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. In the event of forfeiture by the Millionth Pack winner, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion: (i) not award the Grand Prize, (ii) conduct an alternate winner selection if technically feasible, or (iii) reserve the Grand Prize for use in future promotions.

9. DISQUALIFICATION AND PRIZE FORFEITURE

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual and void their redemption if:

The individual does not meet the eligibility requirements;
The individual obtained the Millionth Pack through fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise improper means;
The individual provides false, misleading, or incomplete information;
The individual fails to submit required documentation within specified deadlines;
• The individual violates any provision of these Terms;
The individual engages in conduct that is inappropriate, disruptive, threatening, or harmful;
The individual tampers with the redemption process or attempts to undermine the integrity of the Promotion;
The individual cannot be contacted or does not respond to communications within a reasonable time;
The individual's contact information is incorrect, non-functioning, or incomplete; or
Sponsor suspects or discovers any fraud, violation of law, or other misconduct.

Disqualification decisions are final and binding. Sponsor is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected communications due to incorrect contact information, spam filters, technical issues, or any other cause.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

10.1 General Release

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LOSSES, EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES), OR INJURIES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

Your participation in the Promotion;
Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Grand Prize or any component thereof;
Your attendance at or participation in the Prize Reveal Event;
Any injury, death, damage, or loss to person or property caused by or resulting from your participation in the Promotion;
Any technical, mechanical, or human errors, failures, or malfunctions related to the Promotion, including but not limited to errors in processing, redemption, winner verification, or prize fulfillment;
Any unauthorized access to or theft, destruction, or alteration of submissions or materials;
Any printing, typographical, or production errors in Promotion materials;
Any defect, malfunction, or unsuitability of the Grand Prize; and
Any other matter relating to the Promotion or the Grand Prize.

10.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that participation in this Promotion and attendance at the Prize Reveal Event involve inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all such risks. The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from your participation.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your violation of any law, regulation, or rights of any third party; or (iii) your participation in the Promotion.

10.4 Limitations on Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PROMOTION, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 Binding Arbitration

Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Promotion, or the Grand Prize shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in New York, NY. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

11.2 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LEGAL PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN OR RECEIVE BENEFITS FROM ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT RELATED TO THE PROMOTION.

11.3 Limitation on Claims

Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), but in no event shall you be entitled to recover attorneys' fees or costs. You hereby waive all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, and any other damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

11.4 Venue

If, for any reason, the arbitration agreement is held to be unenforceable, any litigation arising out of or related to these Terms or the Promotion shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York NY], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

By participating in the Promotion, you consent to Sponsor's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information as follows:

Personal information (name, address, email, phone, date of birth, photos, videos) will be collected and used for purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, prize fulfillment, tax reporting, and promotional activities;
Personal information may be shared with Hasbro, participating retail partners, third-party service providers, tax authorities, and other parties as necessary to administer the Promotion;
Photos, videos, and other content you submit may be used publicly for promotional purposes as outlined in the Publicity Release;
Your information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Sponsor's privacy policy, available at https://siriusdice.com/policies/privacy-policy; and
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal requirements and Sponsor's retention obligations.

Sponsor implements reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. SPONSOR'S RIGHTS AND MODIFICATIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

Cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, force majeure events, or any other factor that impairs the integrity, administration, security, or proper functioning of the Promotion;
Modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to the Redemption Site or notification to participants;
Disqualify any individual who violates these Terms or engages in conduct Sponsor deems inappropriate or harmful;
Substitute the Grand Prize with a prize of equal or greater value;
Determine winner eligibility and resolve all disputes in its sole discretion;
Investigate suspected fraud or misconduct and take appropriate legal action; and
Make any other decisions necessary for the proper administration of the Promotion.

Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions and the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York, except as provided in the arbitration provisions above.

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sponsor regarding the Promotion and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

14.4 Force Majeure

Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, or technical failures.

14.5 No Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms. Any attempted assignment shall be void.

14.6 Third-Party Rights

The Released Parties are intended third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms directly against you.

14.7 Compliance with Laws

This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

14.8 Interpretation

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other materials related to the Promotion, these Terms shall govern.
